Larissa Angelini, soprano

The Swiss soprano Larissa Angelini made her debut in 2021 as Leonore in Beethoven's Fidelio (1805 version) at the Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg. Further engagements took her to Munich as Dorella in Wagner's Das Liebesverbot and to Leipzig Opera as the cover of Dorella as part of Wagner 22. In 2023, she made her debut in Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel as Mother and Witch in Zurich.

In 2022, she sang the solo part in Verdi's “Messa da Requiem” in Zurich, Lucerne and Bern and was nominated for the Wagner Prize at the International Singing Competition in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Since 2022, she has also appeared regularly in children's operas at Zurich Opera House, including in productions such as ImprO-Opera Wagner and Felix, das Tännchen. Larissa Angelini studied at the Karlsruhe University of Music with Christiane Libor and in Zurich with Sandra Trattnigg. She took part in master classes with Julia Varady, Edith Mathis, Robert Holl and Peter Schreier and is a scholarship holder of the Swiss Richard Wagner Society.

Mirjam Fässler, mezzo-soprano

Christoph Waltle, Tenor

Tenor Christoph Waltle, who comes from Domleschg (GR), received his training at the Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg im Breisgau under Prof. Reginaldo Pinheiro. He is currently working with the Austrian soprano Sandra Trattnigg (diemasterclass Zurich). He also studied classical percussion, played in various orchestras and was active in the new music scene.

After completing his studies, Christoph Waltle was engaged as a member of the ensemble at the Freiburg Theater. Here he was able to develop a wide range of roles, which he filled with great enthusiasm and differentiated scenic design.

Michael Schwarze, baritone

The Zug baritone Michael Schwarze made his debut as Belcore at the New Israeli Opera in Tel Aviv in November 2024. Debuts at the Vienna Musikverein (Guglielmo/Cosi fan tutte) and at the Munot Opera Festival in Schaffhausen (Fiorillo/Barbiere di Siviglia) followed in summer 2024. In 2023, he made a very successful debut at the Vienna Musikverein with Don Giovanni. In 2019, he appeared as Leporello in the Basel university production Mille Tre. This was followed by the role of Nardo (La finta giardiniera) at the ZHdK in 2021 and the following year at the same venue as Satan in the Martinu opera Messertränen. Schwarze was a scholarship holder of the Lotte Lehmann Opera Academy in 2022, where he appeared as Conte in Le nozze di Figaro.

In January 2025, Schwarze took part in the award-winning Tenor Viñas competition in Barcelona in the 'Opera-Oratorio-Song' category. Schwarze is a scholarship holder of LiedBasel and the Görlitz Lied Competition Bolko von Hochberg. Schwarze is in demand as a concert singer throughout Switzerland.

In January 2023, Schwarze completed her Master's degree in Vocal Pedagogy at the ZHdK under the direction of Prof. Scot Weir. Schwarze is currently being mentored by the Austrian soprano Sandra Trattnigg (diemasterclass Zurich).

Marcin Kozieł, Bariton

Marcin Kozieł lives and works in Vienna, where he has been leading an accompaniment class for singers at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna since 2010. He began his career in Poland, where he accompanied numerous Polish entertainment and opera singers. Today, his accompaniment work is in demand in many European cities; in addition to courses in Salzburg, Krakow, Warsaw and London, he has also accompanied at the Maria Callas/Athens, Robert Schumann/Zwickau, Belvedere/Vienna and Stanisław Moniuszko/Warsaw competitions.

Marcin Kozieł works with renowned singing teachers including Helena Lazarska, Francisco Araiza, Gerhard Kahry, Rudolf Piernay, Margreet Honig, Grace Bumbry and Claudia Visca. He also conducts his own courses for singers and pianists at music universities (Reykjavik, Poznan, Bydgoszcz, Nicosia, Gdansk, Ljubljana, Martina Franca).

As répétiteur and music director he was involved in various productions such as “Der Prinz von Homburg” by H. W. Henze (Theater an der Wien, 2009), Elektra (Teatr Wielki, Warsaw 2010/2012/2013), Parsifal (Poznan 2013), Ariadne auf Naxos, Tristan und Isolde (Warsaw 2015/16), Hamlet (Vienna 2016), Die Walküre (Poznan 2018), Rusalka, Halka , Fidelio, Porgy and Bess, Candide (Theater an der Wien 2019/20/23), Boris Godunov (Vienna State Opera 2022).

In the 2014/15 season, Marcin Kozieł was Head of Studies for the Young Ensemble at the Kammeroper Theater an der Wien and will remain as répétiteur and accompanist for the portrait concerts.
